This paper introduces a support environment for evaluating laboratories(SE2L).based on microcomputer, which is suitable for general laboratories,The environment provides a model of basic quality target system with multifactor, multilevel and self-adapting ability.A user may use the model directly, and may also have the aid of it to set up their own target system quickly. The article puts forward a multifactor, multilevel, multiangle evaluating model that makes the evaluation more objective and more commonly used.According to the evaluating result, the sys-tem reports users where they lag behind, and commend improving plan. The expert interface in the system may acquire experts'evaluation experience to enhance the system's adaptability.
